Today, we had a Lifetalk about how we pick out all the flaws in ourselves. They played a video showing a man, a forensic scientist. He sits down with a random stranger that he has never met or seen before, and they describe themselves to him while he sketches what they say. All of the people have a partner and they describe each other, while the scientist sketches again. Then, the drawings are put side-by-side, and you can see that we judge ourselves so much more than other people do. It made me really think about myself, and how I judge me. It was such a cool experience, and eye-opening.
