Today we had a really cool Lifetalk about the science of gratitude in which we learned about how gratitude affects us and our body. One thing I found interesting was that 90% of all doctors visits can be attributed to stress. That really hit home with me because how often do we all choose stress? The fact that stress affects us that much is not good. We only hurt ourselves by stressing out. I’m going to try and is this information in my everyday life to help keep myself healthy and strong. But on the other side of things, gratitude and positivity has been proven to make people healthier in their everyday lives.
