Hey Journey Group! This weekend of PFO has been super busy! On Saturday I was given the oppurtunity to walk the Thunder Road 5k. A group of PFO teens and adults trained several weeks to be able to walk the 5k with the teen connected with an adult that was blindfolded. I was paired with a super cool PFO parent, Wally. This was to help us represent an amazing organization called Taylor’s Tale which is raising awareness for a girl named Taylor and many others who have Battens Disease. I realized that nothing can make me happier than giving love and support to amazing organizations like Taylor’s Tale in the community. It was so much fun to walk with my partner and fellow PFO teens and adults. In Gratitude, Evey.
