Hey Journey Group! Thanks for staying tuned to this week’s blog. I had a fantastic time at my committee meeting this Saturday. We’re about halfway done with our book and that’s super exciting! We put in a lot of hard work and it’s starting to pay off to see this product come to life. We also had a lovely Lifetalk done by two seniors. We got into smaller groups of 5 to 6 people and talked about subjects, in my group we talked about how when you make assumptions about someone else it’s kind of making yourself more confident that you know that person better it’s kind of a shield that you hide behind so you don’t have to have an awkward conversation. Then we were asked to say something vulnerable by starting the sentence by saying, “If you really knew me you’d know…”
