Saturday was amazing! The Lifetalk this week was about how our thoughts relate to our feelings. Although I have gone through similar Lifetalks, the way it was presented through the idea of “You are what you eat” made it very relatable. I realized that I’m not always aware of my thoughts, but I am very in tune with my feelings. This makes it easier for me to choose different thoughts because I can choose different feelings. I am very grateful for everyone that has ever taught a PFO lifetalk, and I can’t wait for the rest of them this year, and see how much more I can learn.
