Playing for Others has had such a positive influence during my high school years. I am so thankful for the organization for giving me what is not available for most teens my age. I have always felt safe, loved, and important when I am at events, which allows me to appreciate myself even more when I’m at work, school, and other activities. I have realized this year that when people make mistakes, it’s not the mistake that sets everyone back, it is how they take care of their mistake and fix the problem. Going forth with this mindset has really allowed me to relax and be at ease a whole lot more since this realization, and I am so excited to see where this new idea of thinking takes me in college and life in years to come. Thanks for reading!
