What was your favorite event?
The very first Dance Experience (2012).
What did you learn in PFO that still impacts you today?
From constructing an email to time management skills, PFO impacts my life on a daily basis.
However, the most important lesson PFO taught me was recognizing my own worth and ability to choose how things impact me. Life is full of all sorts of obstacles that are beyond my control. I can either let these obstacles weigh me down or push forward and remain optimistic. I can choose.
What are you passionate about now?
Dance has always been one of my passions, and I predict it always will be. Dance is my outlet from the stress of hard classes here at Boston College. It is also a great way to connect with people who share the same passion as me.
I also love the city of Boston and the culture of independence and pride it promotes. My friends and I love to take the T into the city to see a Red Sox game, window shop on Newbury Street, or stand in the really long lines of Mike’s Pastry to taste one of its famous cannoli’s.
Favorites (borderline passions): The Office (tv show), Coldplay (band), Pride and Prejudice (movie AND book), and a sunny day on a lake.
