What was your favorite event?
My favorite event while in Playing for Others has to be the Buddy Days. Getting a chance to spend time one-on-one with my buddies was an indescribable joy.
What did you learn in PFO that still impacts you today?
Playing for Others taught meant skills that I use today – how to work in a team, how to lead, how to get things done efficiently, how to plan, etc. It also helped shape me into the person I am today by showing me that everyone has something to offer.
What are you passionate about now?
I am passionate about reading. My dream is to one day work as a young adult book editor because I have a passion for getting teenagers hooked on reading. There are so many benefits to reading, but ultimately, every person has a story to share, and I want to make that accessible.
